    A mortgage broker should be more than someone who simply processes paperwork. I’ve always believed clients deserve clear guidance, real options, and someone who takes the time to understand their goals.<\/p>\n\n

    I founded Point Capital Services in Sugar Land, TX with a simple mission: educate every client about their financing options and provide personalized guidance \u2014 not treat them like just another transaction.<\/p>\n\n

    Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of Texas families and business owners navigate the financing process \u2014 from first-time homebuyers using FHA loans to veterans using VA financing to self-employed borrowers who may not have fit traditional lending guidelines. My role is to explore the available options and help find a financing strategy that fits their situation.<\/p>\n\n

    On the commercial side, I’ve helped finance gas station acquisitions, Montessori schools, warehouses, and manufacturing businesses using SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and other commercial financing solutions.
